Responsible for preparing and monitoring annual budgets and periodic revisions.
Analyze budget variances and identify causes and corrective actions.
Create and update financial projections for upcoming periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Analyze revenue, expense, and profitability forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
Monitor and analyze the company's financial results, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare management and financial performance reports for senior leadership.
Assess profitability by line of business.
Provide financial insights to senior management based on in-depth analyses and detailed reports.
Support the definition of growth strategies, cost reduction measures, and investment decisions.
Development and improvement of FP&A processes:
Propose improvements to financial planning and analysis processes and tools.
Automate reporting and implement financial governance best practices.
Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment between financial projections and business operations.
Support the analysis of financial information relevant to other departments.
Perform period-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, to meet the department's schedule.
Present accounting data (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) to senior leadership.
Support internal and external audits.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Prior experience in FP&A, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Knowledge of key financial metrics in the insurance sector, such as loss ratio, written premiums, administrative expenses, etc.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate with senior management.
