Work consultatively and go beyond one-off support, seeking to identify opportunities for the accounting firm to adopt new value-added services;
Lead Account Planning meetings, diagnosing the operation and developing a strategic action plan together with the accounting firm;
Understand the functionality of all Omie modules, with a focus on Services and Finance, to implement the system at the firm and support the setup of Financial BPO;
Conduct follow-up meetings to assess operational maturity and ensure the action plan’s goals are met;
Structure the financial operation and the accounting processes, preparing the system for accounting integration;
Provide support to accountants via chat, Google Meet, or phone when needed;
Resolve accounting offices’ questions promptly and with quality;
Maintain and complete daily tracking workflows.

Experience in Customer Success (CS), software implementation, or consultative client support;
Solid experience with accounting routines and an understanding of cash flow and financial processes;
Familiarity with financial ERP tools;
Proactive learner with the ability to engage clients in cultural change and automation adoption;
Highly organized, able to work with internal controls and manage multiple accounting firms simultaneously;
Strong communication skills to serve accountants clearly and persuasively;
Comfortable and proficient with technology;
Preferred: Degree in Accounting or related fields (Business Administration, Economics);
Preferred: Knowledge of the impacts of Tax Reform, experience with Financial BPO, and familiarity with market accounting systems.
