Relationship building & upselling: Support the expansion of customer relationships, identify potential opportunities, and actively offer additional services.
Product presentation & sales: Present and sell new products and features along the customer journey.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Growth and Marketing to optimize campaigns and customer outreach.
Feedback management: Collect and share customer feedback in a structured way to continuously improve our products.
Customer journey & processes: Assist in analyzing and optimizing customer journeys and internal processes.
Requirements
Languages: German and English required; French is a plus.
Interest & motivation: Strong interest in customer communication, sales, and topics related to health, prevention, and longevity.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, empathy in customer interactions, and a confident, professional demeanor.
Working style: High initiative, structured and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to set priorities independently.
Tech affinity: Interest in digital solutions and new technologies; ideally initial exposure to AI tools or data-driven products.
Medical understanding: Basic interest or background in the health sector—through education, studies, or practical experience—is a clear advantage.
Experience: Initial experience in customer contact, customer success, or sales is a plus but not required.
