About this role
Role Overview
Support multiple clients, software systems, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Perform transaction coding and categorization using QuickBooks Online
Research transactions and vendors as needed
Ensure consistency in transaction coding month-to-month
Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations (payroll, prepaids, accruals, etc.)
Review balance sheet and P&L accounts for accuracy
Complete month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Contribute to improving processes and implementing best practices within the team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial services experience preferred
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
