Role Overview
- Support multiple clients, software systems, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform transaction coding and categorization using QuickBooks Online
- Research transactions and vendors as needed
- Ensure consistency in transaction coding month-to-month
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations (payroll, prepaids, accruals, etc.)
- Review balance sheet and P&L accounts for accuracy
- Complete month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Contribute to improving processes and implementing best practices within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial services experience preferred
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
