Role Overview
- Managing and processing accounts payable for two entities (ARCO/E52 HOA)
- Assisting in the accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Collaborating with vendors and internal departments
- Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
- Supporting the maintenance of the general ledger by recording journal entries
- Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review
- Maintaining organized records of financial transactions and documents
- Creating and sending monthly Owner Rental Statements
Requirements
- Excel/Google Sheets
- Accounts Payable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with Ramp Quickbooks, Asana, and Opera is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
