Conduct onsite visits to client locations (offices, plants, and commercial premises) across the metropolitan area.
Validate physical business existence and ensure operational activity aligns with declared data.
Assess onsite indicators including branding, inventory levels, and operational flow.
Collect structured evidence through geolocated photography, digital checklists, and brief interviews with key personnel.
Identify and report red flags such as virtual/shared addresses, operational inconsistencies, or simulated business activities.
Generate standardized, high-quality verification reports on the same day as the visit to ensure fast turnaround times for our Credit and Compliance teams.
Collaborate closely with Control Desk, Collections, and Fraud teams to provide contextual insights that data alone cannot capture.
Utilize Google Drive and internal mobile tools to organize documentation and route planning efficiently.

2+ years of experience in field verification, onsite auditing, field collections, or logistics.
Proven execution in roles requiring high observation skills and the ability to make objective judgments under pressure.
High mobility: Comfort with being in the field 80–90% of the time.
Excellent verbal and written communication to deliver clear, unbiased reports.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and shifting schedules.
Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.
Tech-savviness with mobile apps, GPS tools, and digital forms.
