Design and enhance workflows, build forecasting and performance models.
Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Lead automation and AI initiatives to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enable more effective territory planning, pipeline management, and overall sales execution.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy within a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and performance analytics frameworks.
Strong Salesforce expertise; experience managing case workflows and CRM optimization.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with modeling and scenario planning.
Proven experience automating manual workflows and implementing scalable operational improvements.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence enterprise sales leadership.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational processes, forecasting, or analytics. (Preferred)
Experience leading CRM transitions or major systems transformations. (Preferred)
Familiarity with ServiceNow CRM. (Preferred)
Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS organizations. (Preferred)
Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction and reporting automation. (Preferred)
Familiarity with prompt engineering or building workflows using LLM APIs. (Preferred)
Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). (Preferred)
