About this role
Role Overview
Assume responsibility for leading a team of Key Account Managers
Ensure that the Merchant Sales Channel is well managed in-line with Company Sales and Marketing objectives
Take the lead in major Key Account negotiations to enable profitable growth
Retain existing distribution and develop new growth opportunities
Manage the senior relationship network with major distributor partners
Requirements
Positive engagement in Health and Safety following all guidelines at all times
Delivering profitable growth within the Wavin product ranges
Planning, leading, supporting and advising on all senior level negotiations within all the Key Account groups
Ensuring that all team activities are aligned to the sales objectives and strategic direction of the business
Developing and implementing UK sales strategies to grow specified products in line with overall strategy
Successfully leading your team in line with business procedures throughout the HR lifecycle
Ensuring that all relationships with key customers are maintained and enhanced in line with business strategy
Developing and maintaining commercial terms authorisation procedures
