Role Overview
- Track and analyze the commercial performance of the transformation portfolio
- Assist in developing and reviewing business cases for new initiatives and product launches
- Support the production of commercial performance reporting across products
- Monitor key commercial metrics including flows, AUM, cost-to-serve, persistency and customer lifetime value
- Contribute to investment prioritisation and benchmarking by analysing value, trade-offs and commercial impact
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Product teams
- Prepare insights and materials for portfolio alignment meetings
Requirements
- Proactive and adaptable
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong commercial or financial analytical skills
- Experience in Financial Services environments, ideally Life & Pensions
- Experience in product and propositions
- Experience in project management and project delivery
- Received training in data analysis, financial modelling, or project support
- Proficient in Excel, comfortable using data tools and visualisation tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
