Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions. Escalate complex or advanced employee issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed.
Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and work authorization steps.
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Support basic HR reporting needs.
Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
Maintain and audit employment records.
Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports, including I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other mandatory reviews.
Requirements
Flexibility to work US Time hours.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is a plus).
Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments.
Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.
