Content strategy & planning: You create monthly editorial calendars for our clients (posts & Reels) and proactively coordinate them.
Creative production: You produce content (including simple "Simple Show" videos on tax topics) and prepare/edit photo and video material from our shoots.
Client management: You support your clients from onboarding onward, act as the point of contact for requests, and incorporate feedback confidently.
Technical management: You schedule approved content via Kontentino and coordinate shoot dates as well as post-production.
Process optimization: You actively contribute to making our internal processes more efficient and effective.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1–2 years in social media management (agency experience is a plus).
Sense of aesthetics: You understand that law firm marketing requires a professional tone (no "TikTok dance" aesthetic).
Strong writing skills: You can translate complex topics into copy that conveys expertise.
Organized: You love keeping editorial calendars tidy and never lose oversight, even across multiple clients.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar graphic tools.
