Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from our ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI / Tableau / Excel.
Analyze data trends to help department heads (Finance, Sales, Ops) make informed decisions.
Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing reports against source systems.
Implement data pipelines using tools such as Boomi, Celigo or Airflow.
Meet with stakeholders to understand their pain points and document requirements for new system features or reports.
Create process flowcharts and documentation to map out current business workflows.
Serve as the functional expert for our core applications.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades or new implementations to ensure nothing breaks.
Provide support for complex application issues that require data investigation or logic analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
Strong hands-on experience writing SQL queries, Views, and Stored Procedures is mandatory.
Proven experience building reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or SSRS.
Advanced proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for quick ad-hoc analysis.
Experience administering or configuring ERP, CRM, or HRIS platforms is a strong plus.
