Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into high‑quality business requirements and user stories.
Map and analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation.
Support PMO continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to delivery frameworks, reporting, and governance.
Produce high quality reports.
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Create dashboards and management insights.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions with business teams and senior stakeholders.
Prepare business documentation including requirements, process maps, and operating models.
Support communication of change impacts and benefits across the organisation.
Assist Project Managers with planning, RAID management, and governance preparation.
Support change readiness by contributing to training materials, procedures, and communications.
Participate in UAT coordination and business-side testing support.
Ensure alignment of requirements and documentation with internal controls and regulatory expectations.
Support PMO audit, compliance, and control assessments as required.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows.
Experience working in project or PMO environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience within a central PMO or portfolio function.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Power BI.
Exposure to regulatory or risk-related change initiatives.
Knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
