Role Overview
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property and casualty claims adjusters
- Set clear productivity standards and monitor quality
- Partner with leadership to define goals and streamline workflows

- Oversee complex claim settlements and escalated customer issues
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party administrators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in residential property damage claims within a P&C environment
- 2+ years in a leadership/people manager role
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate and virtual inspections
- P&C Adjuster license required
- Bilingual skills a plus
