Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
Manage teams working on business analysis, process mapping, system implementation, and product definition.
Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders in the London Market to align underwriting and operations transformation efforts.
Optimise underwriting processes and improve service delivery.
Support proposals, pursuit activity, and development of thought leadership on underwriting and operations transformation.
Translate business objectives into target operating models, system workflows, and data requirements.

Proven experience in operational transformation within the insurance industry, particularly in London Market underwriting and operations
either in industry or professional services
Good understanding of London Market systems and key stakeholders.
Good understanding of underwriting workflows, product structures, and rating principles.
Strong ability to deliver operational improvements and manage client relationships.
Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
Hands-on experience as an Underwriter in the London Market would be highly desirable
