Role Overview
- Drafting procedural documents and court filings;
- Managing supporting materials and assessing likelihood of success;
- Representation at hearings;
- Technical representation before institutions;
- Preparatory and follow-up actions for hearings;
- Preparation of reports;
- Analysis of judicial decisions and implementation of appropriate measures;
- Management of compliance with judicial obligations;
- Conducting expert examinations;
- Recording data in the firm’s internal system;
- Updating the client’s system.
Requirements
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Minas Gerais section (OAB/MG)
- Experience with the Advwin system
