Provide L3 support for full-stack Python applications and APIs hosted on Azure PaaS
Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues
Support application runtime components, including web application processes and background jobs/schedulers
Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues
Support and troubleshoot APIs and address issues related to authentication and data integrity
Perform database troubleshooting and assist with application deployments
Participate in ITIL-based processes ensuring proper ticket documentation and timely resolution

3+ years of experience in Python application development or L2/L3 support
Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem; hands-on experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development/support
