Deliver high quality reporting, data models and insights
Act as a key link between business stakeholders and the wider data function
Support our transition into Microsoft Fabric
Design, develop and maintain scalable Power BI and Fabric data models
Use strong SQL to combine datasets from Snowflake and other sources
Rebuild and restructure existing models
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and the evolving Fabric architecture
Create compelling dashboards and visualisations
Develop self-serve reporting assets
Create documentation for models, dashboards and visualisation standards
Deliver training and guidance to Power BI Super Users and stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, architecture and insight generation

At least 2 years experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting or Analytics
Strong experience designing and developing Power BI data models and dashboards
Strong SQL, Power Query and DAX capability for combining complex datasets
Experience working with or strong exposure to Microsoft Fabric
Ability to restructure, optimise or rebuild models as part of platform transitions
Strong commercial awareness and ability to turn business questions into reporting outputs
Ability to identify trends, interpret data and present findings clearly
Experience conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Jira or similar workflow tools
Degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science or related field (desirable)
Experience with advanced Power BI modelling techniques (desirable)
Experience in Data Engineering or data warehouse development (desirable)
Experience analysing data using Python or R (desirable)
