Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
Lead and facilitate talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.
Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness across leadership teams.
Partner with leadership teams on organizational design, including spans, layers, role clarity, and workforce planning.
Coach leaders on leadership expectations and effectiveness, accountability, and building high-performing, scalable teams.
Use people data and organizational insights to guide leadership decisions related to talent strategy, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and sensitive leadership issues.
Partner with Learning & Development to drive leadership capability initiatives and strengthen leadership pipelines.
Support strategic workforce planning and organizational scaling and change initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with specialized HR team members across recruiting, compensation, and HR operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Partner with global leaders to support talent strategies across regions and ensure consistent application of HR practices.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience.
9–12 years of progressive HR experience including experience partnering directly with senior leaders in an HRBP role.
Demonstrated experience leading talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Strong experience advising leaders on organizational design including spans, layers, role design, and workforce planning.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies in a complex organization.
Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
Experience partnering with leaders supporting global teams or multi-region organizations.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up < 10% as business needs require.
