Maintain, design and build Radiant components such as radiology orders, protocols, worklists and scheduling workflows in a complex workflow environment.
Assist with answering tickets in ServiceNow work queues.
Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.

Active certification in Epic Radiant, Cupid, or Ambulatory required.
Proficiency in healthcare IT standards such as HL7 and DICOM preferred.
Understanding of Radiology Operations.
Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.
