Role Overview
- Supporting both platform operations and the development and troubleshooting of existing solutions
- Ensuring stability, security, and sustainable use of the Power Platform
- Ensuring the health of the Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Supporting the operation of the Center of Excellence (CoE)
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including environment administration
- Governance (DLP, connectors, permissions)
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ability to operate as Level 3 (N3) technical support with autonomy
- Basic knowledge of Dataverse
- Experience with SharePoint Online (governance and integrations)
- Experience working in corporate environments with multiple makers
