About this role
Role Overview
- Capture and monitor citations, summonses and official notices;
- Forward notifications promptly to the responsible law firms;
- Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings and Procon (consumer protection) claims;
- Update the internal system (Benner);
- Liaise with internal departments to gather supporting information;
- Assist in organizing documents;
- Report risks and irregularities;
- Maintain an organized routine and clear communication with stakeholders;
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program;
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to learn and develop professionally in the legal field;
- Act with responsibility, ethics, honesty and transparency;
- Maintain self-discipline for remote work;
- Collaborate with the team and communicate clearly and respectfully;
- Read and interpret legal texts and documents;
- Be available to work in a hybrid model;
- Demonstrate proactivity in seeking to understand processes;
