About this role
Role Overview
- Support with onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Conduct implementation calls and product trainings
- Work closely with our Implementation team
- Build knowledge around controlling, accounting and DATEV
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the further development of our product
Requirements
- University degree or training in business, finance or accounting
- Interest in finance, controlling and software solutions (SaaS / FinTech)
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
- Very good German skills, written and spoken
- Knowledge of accounting or DATEV is a plus but not required
Benefits
- Attractive starting salary: €31,000
- €35,000 gross per year, depending on your experience
