Responsible for overseeing the technical management of judicial, administrative and extrajudicial proceedings, conducting strategic analyses and proposing defenses aligned with internal guidelines.
Manage deadlines, case movements and communication with clients and judicial bodies.
Draft procedural documents using standardized templates, review documents prepared by less experienced colleagues, and participate in hearings, case management conferences and negotiations.
Monitor the cases under your responsibility daily, ensuring compliance with operational workflows and legal deadlines.
Supervise legal team members on low-complexity tasks and contribute to internal training activities.
Produce strategic reports, conduct legal research and request supplementary documents to strengthen defenses.
Collaborate with quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001), participate in audits and promote continuous process improvements. Work on data protection and information security by identifying risks and ensuring the integrity of procedures under your responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure;
Knowledge of Banking Law;
Experience drafting procedural documents, contracts and settlement agreements;
