Lead growth initiatives: Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns and growth initiatives, from strategy development and experiment design to execution and optimization.
Optimize Performance: optimize paid campaigns across all channels, driving growth through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization of KPIs, audiences, bidding strategies, keywords, and creative assets.
Reporting: Update and maintain reports on paid media performance, providing regular updates to the regional marketing teams.
Strategy Support: Analyze and provide support for new initiative launches, including CRM strategies using Salesforce.
Creative Strategy: Propose new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
Operational Management: Manage the operational aspects of agency relationships, focusing on optimizing paid media efforts.
Weekly Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the Paid Media team, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements
If you reside in São Paulo, you must be available to work from the office once a month.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in paid social, paid search and display ads, Canva, CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce), Tableau, and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Presentation).
Experience in paid media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of different cultural markets.
Experience in managing cross-platform campaigns and working with international teams is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
