Provide technical leadership for the implementation of the Bridges to Health methodology, including defining criteria, classification rules, epidemiological validation, and continuous monitoring.
Integrate and quality-assure administrative, clinical, and care databases to support population segmentation.
Translate the segmentation model into practical inputs for care delivery, supporting care pathway organization, risk stratification, and intervention definition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Primary Care, Care Management, Provider Network, IT, Strategy, and Medical Leadership.
Produce advanced epidemiological analyses to support data
and evidence-based decision making.
Develop and monitor impact indicators for segmentation (care, population, and health value indicators).
Act as a change agent to strengthen the organization’s use of data and evidence.
Prepare technical reports and executive presentations, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable messages.
Ensure methodological rigor, ethics, information security, and alignment with Unimed Porto Alegre’s institutional guidelines.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health/Collective Health, Statistics, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Specialization in Epidemiology, Public Health, Collective Health, or related areas.
Desirable additional training in Biostatistics, Health Data Science, Health Management, or Health Technology Assessment.
