Own the process design and system architecture of Lytx’s GTM engine.
Partner with Enterprise Business Systems to ensure sales, marketing, and customer systems are integrated and designed to reinforce business goals.
Design, document, and continuously refine core GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Ensure Salesforce opportunity stages accurately reflect the enterprise sales cycle and enable clean forecasting, inspection, and pipeline management.
Drive standardized outbound prospecting workflows to reduce context switching for BDRs.
Manage vendor relationships and partner with procurement on contract negotiations and ROI analysis.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to improve GTM efficiency.
Requirements
8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems Engineering, or Business Systems.
Deep Salesforce experience, including opportunity lifecycle design, automation, and workflow configuration.
Demonstrated experience redesigning sales stages, routing models, or outbound workflows to improve execution.
Experience implementing or operationalizing AI capabilities within GTM systems (e.g., CRM AI features, conversational intelligence, or predictive analytics).
Strong understanding of how to apply AI pragmatically to business processes (not just tools, but actual workflow impact).
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
