Collaborating with the Business Development team on new engagement opportunities by creating competitive and innovative fee proposals that meet strategic and financial goals
Assisting relationship attorneys with client rate negotiations by offering pricing advisory service and analytical support
Researching and identifying existing/historical firm matters to create standardised pricing templates that assist attorneys in developing budgets for new matters
Conducting internal analysis and external industry research around billable rates, fee structures, and pricing trends that drive key business decision-making
Preparing presentation materials for pricing strategy discussions with firm leadership
Requirements
Experience supporting a team in a corporate, legal, consulting, or similar professional services setting
Prior experience working in a fast‑paced, professional office environment
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field
Analytical experience in finance or accounting
Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, performing analyses, and producing reports, preferably
