Buyer Professional – Consultant

Role Overview

• Responsible for ensuring the execution of purchases required for company operations, focused on contracting professional services, equipment and consultancies, optimizing resources and operational, economic and financial results while ensuring supply and compliance with quality standards and contractual regulations.
• Lead E2E procurement processes as the owner of the Procurement process schedule;
• Contract commercial services and equipment, including Devices and CPE sold commercially, Customer Care services, Advertising and Communication; Contract technological services and equipment;
• Contract consultancies, professional services, business support services, and physical and cyber security services;
• Analyze internal clients’ purchasing requests, encouraging innovative solutions;
• Ensure compliance with rules, processes and procedures governing procurement activities to guarantee transparency and equal opportunity;
• Validate internal clients’ documentation (Budget, Requirements) before opening a Purchase; support the validation of technical documents from a Procurement perspective;
• Analyze and validate commercial proposals;
• Create commercial models for negotiations;
• Interface with Suppliers and client/support areas (e.g., Legal, Finance);
• Support the creation of purchase orders in SAP and follow up on contract preparation; conduct direct negotiations, competitive processes, including conducting auctions;
• Monitor supplier qualification processes and the preparation of penalties;
• Establish and monitor tools and techniques for automation and governance of requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Accounting
• Knowledge in structuring/planning Strategic Sourcing and Negotiations
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba routines and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of the organizational structure of the company’s areas (Technology, Commercial or Corporate)
• Knowledge of market best practices and business tools
• Proven experience in procuring Services, Products and Goods
• Experience in managing and analyzing legal contracts
• Problem-solving experience with internal clients and suppliers
• Desirable: experience with data visualization and analysis tools and Artificial Intelligence
