Work on strategic corporate projects, ensuring the quality of ERP and HR solution deliveries;
Plan and execute functional, integration and regression tests;
Prepare test plans and test cases based on technical and functional requirements;
Identify, document and track the resolution of bugs and non-conformities;
Collaborate with development teams, business analysts and key users to ensure excellent deliveries;
Support the definition and continuous improvement of processes and quality standards;
Contribute to test automation, when applicable;
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Solid experience as a Quality Analyst, working on ERP and/or HR projects;
Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality management tools;
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestLink, Zephyr, Xray) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps);
Analytical ability, organization and good communication skills;
Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Accounting, Procurement) and/or HR processes (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits);
Experience with automated testing;
QA certifications (e.g., CTFL, CTAL, etc.);
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
