Conduct discovery processes and user research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Create navigation flows, wireframes, and mid
to high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to evolve digital solutions.
Ensure consistency in the user experience, applying usability best practices and user-centered design principles.
Participate in concept validation and usability testing, iterating on solutions based on feedback and data.
Contribute to the evolution of design patterns and components used across products.

It will be a plus if you have:

Experience with B2B projects, enterprise platforms, or complex operational systems.
Experience in projects related to ERP, Logistics, HR, Legal, or Healthcare.
Knowledge of design systems and component governance.
Experience with product metrics analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, usage data, etc.).
