Coordinate the development and implementation of 360° communication projects, including online, AV and web production, and event-based components.
Maintain regular contact with EU clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities, including financial tracking and KPI monitoring.
Facilitate collaboration across expert teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Guide and oversee junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Ensure sound financial management of projects, including budget planning, monitoring of expenditure, and regular financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure quality control and continuous improvement through lessons learned and workflow optimisation.
Support tender development and contribute to strategic proposals for new EU contracts.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing EU-focused communication projects or working with European institutions.
Strong understanding of 360° communication strategies and tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows.
Outstanding interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
Experience in coordinating junior team members.
Financial and procurement awareness in project contexts.
Fluent English (written and verbal); additional EU languages are a plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project or account management within the communication sector.
