Role Overview
- Lead a team that builds scalable systems and operational strategy to acquire, close, and expand customers.
- Report directly to the VP of WW Sales.
- Commercial Strategy & Planning.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management.
- Revenue Operations & Sales Efficiency.
- GTM Systems & Data.
- Cross-Functional Alignment (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product).
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy
- Leadership experience managing ops teams
- Strong data-driven decision making
- Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics and sales processes
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with CRO/CMO/CEO
