Prepare scopes for construction works based on the developed designs;
Plan, estimate and execute construction works; control the quality of supplies and of purchased and executed services;
Ensure construction is carried out within the stipulated timeframe, respecting budget, deadlines, and the desired quality and performance standards;
Intervene and make decisions so that delays and issues arising from execution are resolved in the best technical way possible, avoiding losses to the project and ensuring the quality of the final product;
Generate project controls and performance indicators;
Inspect and evaluate suppliers regarding the quality of services delivered, producing checklist reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Full understanding and ability to read construction drawings and plans;
Active CREA registration;
Experience analyzing construction pathologies and defects;
General knowledge of construction disciplines and project phases;
Ability to perform tasks that require skills in preparing and presenting control spreadsheets;
Managerial experience.
