About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support for the development of projects;
- Prepare scopes of work for construction projects based on the developed designs;
- Plan, budget, and execute construction works; control the quality of materials and contracted/executed services;
- Ensure that construction is carried out within the established schedule, respecting planned costs and deadlines, and meeting desired quality and performance standards;
- Intervene and make decisions to resolve delays and problems arising during execution using sound engineering practices, minimizing impact to the project and ensuring the quality of the final product;
- Generate project controls and performance indicators;
- Inspect and evaluate suppliers regarding the quality of services delivered, producing checklist reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Thorough understanding and ability to read and interpret project drawings and documents;
- Active CREA registration (Brazilian Engineering Council);
- Experience analyzing construction defects and pathologies;
- General knowledge of construction disciplines and project phases;
- Ability to perform tasks requiring preparation and presentation of control spreadsheets and reports;
- Managerial/leadership experience.
