Hold a first-cycle university degree (Bachelor’s) in Computer Science or Administration with a specialization in "Organizational Information Systems", or in an equivalent discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or equivalent.
Have, within the last eight (8) years, six (6) years of experience in information technology, including two (2) years of experience as a geomatics infrastructure analyst.
Have completed at least one assignment of 100 person-days requiring expertise in the use of web infrastructures in an environment comparable to that of the MRNF.
