About this role
Role Overview
Ensure technical support and operation of technology infrastructures;
Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to systems and infrastructures;
Install, configure, and maintain technology components (servers, operating systems, and tools);
Contribute to the development and operation of desktop environments and collaboration tools;
Keep procedures and technical guides up to date;
Participate in license management, test labs, and production deployments;
Provide technical advisory services to users and internal teams;
Participate in implementation and evolution projects for technology infrastructures;
Collaborate on continuous improvement of processes and work methods;
Document interventions and ensure knowledge transfer to technical teams.
Requirements
Hold a first-cycle university degree (Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Business Administration with a specialization in organizational information systems, or another relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education, or an equivalent qualification.
Have twelve (12) years of experience in information technology accumulated within the last fifteen (15) years.
Have eight (8) years of relevant experience as an infrastructure support analyst accumulated within the last fifteen (15) years.
