Role Overview
Manage the digital engagement strategy for all unallocated accounts
Design and execute structured, automated customer journeys
Develop and manage retention-focused campaigns
Build new user and new customer onboarding frameworks
Drive customer stickiness by proactively increasing usage and engagement
Analyze usage data and churn indicators
Develop predictive and preventative churn strategies
Collaborate with Retention and Sales teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization
Strong data analytics capability
Hands-on experience with customer success platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools
Strong understanding of lifecycle management and churn drivers
Experience designing onboarding programs
Comfortable in technology-driven environments
Strong problem-solving capability
Cross-functional collaboration skills
