Role Overview
- Manage the digital engagement strategy for all unallocated accounts
- Design and execute structured, automated customer journeys
- Develop and manage retention-focused campaigns
- Build new user and new customer onboarding frameworks
- Drive customer stickiness by proactively increasing usage and engagement
- Analyze usage data and churn indicators
- Develop predictive and preventative churn strategies
- Collaborate with Retention and Sales teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization
- Strong data analytics capability
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management and churn drivers
- Experience designing onboarding programs
- Comfortable in technology-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
