Role Overview
- Translate business needs and long-term goals into an actionable, scalable, and secure technical vision and architectural roadmap
- Align technical capabilities and aspirations with business goals, design solutions, and oversee implementation
- Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of compliance standards for cloud and hybrid environments
- Champion NIST control principles and integrate security into SDLC and business pipelines
- Ensure compliance with GovRAMP, FedRAMP, and CMMC
- Manage control and assessment documentation including architecture diagrams and data flows
- Develop and execute strategic cybersecurity program roadmaps
- Oversee the lifecycle of multiple programs from initiation to closure
- Establish governance standards, SOPs, and toolkits
- Represent the organization in customer and partner engagements
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- 7+ years' experience in Cybersecurity, and program leadership in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent
- Expertise in secure cloud architecture, frameworks, DevSecOps, and governance
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
