About this role
Role Overview
Execute and review the end-to-end payroll processing, including verification of taxes, benefits, advances, terminations, vacations and 13th salary.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and statutory reporting obligations (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, etc.).
Analyze and reconcile payroll entries, pay items and payroll events.
Support internal and external audits by providing requested information and reports.
Keep up to date with and correctly apply current labor, social security and tax legislation.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of the payroll system.
Control and validate timekeeping and attendance reports in partnership with the Personnel Administration area.
Prepare management reports and HR metrics (headcount, labor costs, overtime, etc.).
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in HR Management, Labor Legislation or related areas is desirable.
Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
Solid experience with the RM Labore payroll system (TOTVS) is desirable.
Knowledge of eSocial, SEFIP and statutory reporting obligations.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HR metrics.
Experience in the construction industry will be considered a plus.
