Video & Content Producer – AI-enabled

Role Overview

• You develop new content formats for TikTok, Instagram & YouTube that integrate AI from the start.
• Hybrid set management: you select the right setup depending on the requirement — whether an iPhone with AI assistance for fast, high-quality results or full studio equipment for specific looks and explainer formats.
• You build efficient production workflows: from automated editing and B-roll generation to reusable templates so that not every reel starts from scratch.
• You experiment with tools like Remotion (React-based programmatic motion design) and actively integrate new AI approaches into our workflows.
• You systematically test formats and variants — hook, format, length — and iterate based on completion rate and reach.
• You work closely with our Social Media Manager and feature engaging personalities on camera — your work will be visible on the respective channels.

Requirements

• You are familiar with tools like Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, and Claude Code, and know when traditional tools make sense and when AI is faster.
• You treat AI as a core tool in your work — not an add-on. You proactively question existing workflows and augment or replace them with smart, AI-based systems.
• Remotion, AI voiceover, automated editing, generative visuals — you know these concepts and are eager to use them seriously.
• You have a feel for trends, visual humor, and formats, and know what performs on social media.
• Formal education or a degree is not required — demonstrable skills matter more. Work samples are mandatory and are our primary selection criterion.
• You have business-fluent German skills (minimum C1).
