Shooting, editing, animating: You will develop new content formats for TikTok, Instagram & YouTube together with our Social Media Manager, integrating AI from the start.
You will learn to use AI-supported production workflows: automated editing, B-roll generation and reusable templates so not every reel starts from scratch.
You will experiment with tools like Remotion (React-based programmatic motion design) and introduce new AI approaches to the team.
You test formats and variants—for example hook, format and length—and evaluate what works using metrics like completion rate and reach.
You work closely with our Social Media Manager and film engaging personalities—your work will be visible on the respective channels (trust us, it’s a great feeling!).

You're eager to invest hours into AI tools—not just to try them out, but to work with them and develop new workflows.
Some experience with camera/iPhone, editing and/or content creation—TikToks, Reels, and independent projects count as much as professional experience.
You are familiar with tools such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut or Claude.
You know concepts like Remotion, AI voiceover, automated editing and generative visuals—and are keen to apply them seriously.
You have a feel for trends, visual language and formats—and know what performs on social media.
A degree or formal training is not required—skills and passion are more important. Work samples are mandatory and our primary selection criterion.
