About this role
Role Overview
- Enable, support, and improve Human Capital Management solutions within Workday
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Core HCM
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday reports and analytics
- Administer Workday Security and oversee testing environments
- Lead the review, testing, and deployment of Workday releases
- Analyze end-to-end HR processes for improvement
- Document process models and develop functional training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM
- Experience with Workday Security Administration
- Experience in Workday Benefits events, such as Open Enrollment
- Experience with Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance functional areas
- Workday PRO Certification in one or more functional areas
