Partnering closely with Global Partners Organization (GPO) leaders and Partner Strategy SMEs to deeply understand business needs and desired partner behaviors.
Translating those business needs into actionable commercial design options and program mechanics that drive the right outcomes.
Leading a cross-functional "Pod" to build out the required program infrastructure, from legal and operational processes to enablement.
Continuously monitoring the success and adoption of your programs, identifying friction points, and driving solutions to ensure the ongoing health and profitability of the Innovation ecosystem.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive work experience in a Business Operations, Consulting, Product and/or Partnerships role.
3+ years of demonstrated experience building and managing partner programs, specifically with a focus on ISV, AI, or agent-based partner ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or managing consumption-based monetization models.
Expertise building complex financial models to forecast revenue, margins, and program ROI.
Ability to define KPIs, analyze data, and translate performance metrics into actionable strategies to drive iterative change.
Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of technical and commercial areas and build clear, executive-level communications.
Outstanding organizational, product, and program management skills.
Experience with ERP and HR systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
