- Manage personnel of the Workshop and Service departments;
- Efficiently manage work orders and related billing;
- Drive strategic commercial development of the dealership;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Postgraduate studies preferred;
- Experience managing and developing teams, administering resources, and delivering financial results;
- Knowledge of products and services;
