Role Overview
- First point of contact for technical customer inquiries
- Independently prioritize and handle incoming requests
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting via telephone, e-mail and remote connection for our on-site service technicians and our customers
- Technical clarification of spare parts and upgrade requests (in-house)
- Take ownership of support requests from initiation to closure in close cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school/HTL) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
- Solid knowledge of electronics
- Systematic approach to problem solving
- Customer-oriented mindset and behavior
- Self-responsibility and resilience
- Good command of English and strong communication skills
- Team player with a cross-functional mindset
