Contacting prospective leads by phone and email – who have expressed an interest in the OmniPod System.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating a thorough understanding of how Insulet’s products are used including the benefits of the product, answer customer’s inquiries about the OmniPod product and competitive comparisons.
Supporting customers as they transition onto the Omnipod System – ensuring a smooth transition from their present treatment to Omnipod.
Interact with new customers on Omnipod product to ensure satisfaction and understanding of our product and after sales customer care.
Support existing Omnipod customers who may have taken a break from using our products or be coming up to the end of funding to ensure retention on Omnipod products.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to feedback customer insights and help support a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated previous Inside Sales experience
ideally in medical devices, healthcare or similar competitive, fast paced markets.
