Manage your territory to achieve volume and market share targets that contribute to national, regional and district objectives through the effective implementation of cycle activities across all product categories
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leveraging digital tools and assets to maintain strong trade relationships, train retailers and staff to effectively communicate our brands to consumers, respond promptly to retailer and staff inquiries and concerns, monitor contract compliance, and provide tailored solutions using customer and consumer insights to improve performance
Generate and sustain market demand for our multi-category products by ensuring adequate inventory levels, meeting distribution targets, reducing out-of-stocks (OOS), executing merchandising effectively, and ensuring competitive pricing across the product and brand portfolio
Collaborate on special provincial and national projects with your team of Territory Directors.
Requirements
One to three years of relevant experience (e.g., prior marketing experience)
Previous experience within a consumer goods company or a multinational organization
Strong involvement in extracurricular activities (e.g., competitions, student groups, team sports, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
Holder of a valid driver’s license issued by a Canadian province or territory
Currently legally authorized to work in Canada
Bilingual (French and English) — English proficiency is required
