Role Overview
- Manage or lead multiple consulting engagements and ensure high‑quality, on-time, and on‑budget delivery for clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Provide strategic direction, problem‑solving expertise, and intellectual leadership to clients
- Execute rigorous research and analysis to develop clear actionable insights
- Coach and mentor team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience; additional experience in consulting strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic recommendations
- Experience leading client discussions, presentations, and workshops.
