About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Deployment teams to support end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer/Account teams to gather and translate onboarding requirements
Translate customer-specific business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans
Create and maintain user stories, onboarding workflows, and acceptance criteria for deployment activities
Develop process flows, system diagrams, and onboarding documentation (e.g., using Visio or similar tools)
Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
Support configuration and integration of platform components within customer environments
Analyze onboarding performance, customer usage, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Identify and drive automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment processes
Operate within ITSM / Service Desk environments to support onboarding-related incidents, requests, and changes
Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between deployment and development teams
Requirements
Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture and product/platform design
Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, or deployment-focused Business Analyst roles
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, or BMC Helix
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software development practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product and onboarding metrics
Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or similar)
